I became aware of Past Life Regression while recovering from thyroid cancer. Thank you for doing these workshops.  Last night, all the way to your workshop I was asking Mary to come to me with a definite message.  I wanted to see a sign that I was on the right path.  When you did your meditation you talked about support all around us, guiding us. Then you specifically started talking about us being a “beacon”. This was my sign!  Hello!  I knew it was the name for my business name with lighthouses as a focus. Then I could smell nothing but roses!  After the meditation you went around the room giving messages from Mary and as you got closer to me the smell of roses got more intense!  You also kept talking about St. Therese coming and being around everyone.  Hello!  My 2nd sign, this was my namesake. Thank you for the continued blessings.

I attended your angel class this past Friday night.  At the end of the class, everyone wrote down their spirit guides name, except me.  You mentioned that if you didn’t get a name then you would receive one within 3 days.  Also, you told us to ask for a sign from our angels and I really didn’t know why but I a “heart” just popped into my head. Saturday night I went to sleep and I woke up in the middle of the night with the song Delilah in my head. I couldn’t get the words out!  All of a sudden I thought, “Delilah” that must be the name of my guardian angel. As soon as I thought that, the words went out of my head.  The next morning, I went to take my grandson out, and there on my steps was a red heart! Although I thoroughly enjoyed the class, I was a bit skeptical because I didn’t hear much during the workshop.  But WOW is all I can say!  I have a whole new outlook on this world!  Thank you so much!  You have opened my eyes and I am thirsty for more! I look forward to taking more of your classes.

I just wanted to thank you from my soul for having last week’s meditation. You had said, “Watch your dreams, & expect miracles”.  So, all week I have been praying to Mary, placing my hand over my heart when I was worried, anxious or upset.  Last night I believe Mary gave me my miracle. I had a conversation with both mom and dad in my dreams. It’s been 10 years since I lost them. I have had no dreams of my mom and was never sure why. I had the most healing conversation in my dream with both my parents and woke this morning remembering everything. I heard my mother’s voice so clearly. I told her how much I missed our talks. We cried, we laughed and held each other. I woke up with a feeling of pure love, peace and gratitude for I know last week’s praying and shift in my energy has helped to “unstuck” my conversations. Thank you for the blessings and healings.

I just want to thank you for a beautiful day yesterday. The class was awesome and you were on fire! I know you put a tremendous amount of work into making the day very special for all of us in attendance.  How can I ever thank you for opening my eyes to the beautiful angelic realm and the knowledge they are there for all of us to assist us on our journey? I was so touched by the first class I attended with my sisters. Ever since then I have never felt alone in this world and have been so comforted to know I was worthy of angelic assistance.  You are truly a blessing to all whose lives you touch.

Karen and Louie, there are no words; I am speechless. Last night was life-changing. I made a connection that affirmed what I hoped about the hereafter and I needed that and it was necessary to move forward. I don’t know if you remember but my husband and I came to the class at Uplifting Connections. He was having an extremely difficult time dealing with the tragic death of our son last July.  He was extremely depressed and unable to cope. I noticed a change in him immediately after Quantum Breathwork.  Friends noticed the sudden change in him and were commenting on it.  He even called me at work and said, “If you’re going to anymore of those angel things I want to go too.”  He was grieving so much that he could barely get out of bed, he wasn’t going to work and he was isolating himself from other people.  He changed that night.  He was with my son and his dad during his session.  Thank you for bringing my husband back to me.

It is truly an honor to be writing this testimonial for Karen and Louis. Their Quantum Breath-work program is a life altering experience. I have attended three groups and each experience was unique and healing for me. I was able to meet and clear all of the people that had hurt me in any way. I saw the creation and the first sunrise. At one point in my life the view through my soul’s eyes was very cloudy and dark.  I couldn’t see the happiness in life, in myself, in others and was stuck in addictive cycles that lasted for almost 15 years.  I had reached a point in my life where I felt spiritually bankrupt.  A year ago I was introduced to a thing called Quantum Breathwork.  From the first breath I took during that initial session the clouds began to clear and light started to shine through.  Quantum Breathwork awakened in me a re-learning or you could say a re-birthing process in myself that I know will continue the rest of my life.  I’m proud to say that all my major addictions and for the most part the urges have just ceased.  It feels as if a part of me died (the dark and cloudy part) and I attribute this to the breathwork.  For me, each time I do breathwork, I feel re-balanced, recharged, and at times I discover new things about myself that I never realized before.  I’m thankful to both Louis and Karen for introducing this modality into my life and for making it available to people on a consistent basis.  The energy and space Louis and Karen create enables the people who participate in breathwork to feel safe to do this profound and deep work.

This weekend was exactly what I needed. I released many feelings I have been trying to suppress. It was truly a cathartic and spiritual experience. You have such a gift, a direct link to God. I encourage this to anyone especially people trying to take on the world alone. Angels do play an important role.

In the “Everything Guide to Angels” Karen’s interpretation of the angelic realm is a fantastic read. I couldn’t put it down. I read the whole thing in one weekend and am on my second pass getting ready to implement her ideas on cassette so I can use her meditations. “The Everything Guide to Angels” is true to its name! Karen Paolino gives the reader excellent background information regarding the Angelic Realm but then takes the reader to the next level with wonderful practices that are easy to follow- prayers, affirmations and meditations . These practices are reader friendly and user friendly. They give one a sense of personal empowerment during difficult times.

December 05, 2009 - BarnesandNoble.com: When I went into the book store to purchase Sylvia Browne’s new book, I was “guided” to the “The Everything Guide to Angels” book, so bought it, too. I’ve read a lot of books on the subject of Angels, but this is by far the best for simplicity. It’s well organized, covers almost every basic angelic subject, is easy to understand, and is absolutely wonderful for people just beginning to learn, as well as those of us who are very well read on the subject. I went back to Barnes & Noble a few days later and purchased a copy for my 18-year-old granddaughter! I was very, very impressed with the content of this book and how it flowed so smoothly from one subject to another. Wow! I just have to give this book five stars all the way around! Excellent book!

I have learned a lot about myself during this journey to re-member love. I have learned to forgive others and myself for past mistakes. I try and find the good in people and I practice asking, what would love do? Holding on to my feelings of hurt and anger just don’t seem appealing anymore. I feel so enlightened and so loved. I’m listening to your CD, ‘Spark the Light’ and I have had some amazing results from it.  I must be honest in that most times, I fall asleep.  But several times, before I go to lie down with the CD on, I ask myself to stay awake to gather some information from the meditation.  One time in particular, I fell asleep like I usually do and then I woke to hear your voice. I wanted to give you an update, I have lost 141 pounds since we first met. I can’t believe how much my life has changed. I am still working out 7 days a week. Not bad for someone that didn’t like to walk to my car because of the knee pain.

You created a personal prayer for me last month when i was going through a health issue. The health issue has completely healed and I am full of abundant excellent health at this time. I truly believe your prayer created a miracle in my life and I am so truly grateful!

I treasure my personal prayer and I am continually amazed by it’s power. Each word is perfectly in tune with my soul. The first time I read it things started to happen. Everything I had asked Karen to include began to manifest in my life as if by magic with the added blessing of a deeper connection to my angels.
