Soul Coaching with Hypnosis was gifted to Karen in 1996 during meditation when she was asking the simple question, “How can I see into the Soul?” Since then this technique has helped thousands of people access the super consciousness where they can receive wisdom and guidance from their Soul.
Using the modality of hypnosis Karen guides the client into relaxation and then into higher levels of consciousness where they can easily connect to the essence of their soul. Karen has witnessed repeatedly over the years that the Soul knows everything about you past, present, and future. It knows how to guide you to the answers you are seeking and to remove the blocks that keep you from your highest and best better than you could ever imagine.
During this deep state of relaxation you reconnect with your soul and from there, your wise soul will guide you with unconditional love helping you to achieve healing, wisdom, peace and direction. What happens during the session?
In the first half hour you will discuss with Karen what you would like to work on and what questions you have for your soul.
Next you will be guided into relaxation and Karen will assist you as you connect with your soul. At the same time Karen becomes one with your soul’s energy. She then guides you with assistance of your soul to help you gain insight, healing and direction in order to achieve your initial intention set at the beginning of the session.
We will close the session talking about your experience and picking angel cards for any further guidance.
